Business Terms

Once the booking has been made, an invoice will be sent and payment is requested by return with cheques payable to Progressive Training Ltd.
All courses have a maximum number of between 6 and 20 so places are limited. If demand exceeds the number of places available, either a place will be offered on the next course for the topic or if there is no other course planned, OBT will consider arranging a further course. If the course does not reach its break-even number of participants within a month of the scheduled date, it will be cancelled and all registered participants will be refunded.

Refunds will not be given for places cancelled less than 21 days before the course. Suitable alternative participants may be substituted.
